Only customers who reach the legal adult age in their receiving country can place orders. All information you fill in checkout page including name, delivery address, contact email and payment information must be true and valid. We hold the right to cancel orders with false, incomplete or unidentifiable customer information without prior notice.

All product descriptions, sizes, materials and pictures are taken to reflect real items. Minor color difference caused by screen display is not regarded as product defect. The price displayed on checkout only includes product cost. Delivery fees, international import tax and customs charges will be calculated separately and displayed clearly before payment. We will never add extra hidden fees after you finish payment. Flash sales, bundle discounts and clearance activities are only effective within the marked time frame. We can correct obvious price input errors and do not need to fulfill orders generated by wrong marked prices.

Refunds will be processed within 6–10 business days after order cancellation.

Our maximum compensation for any single order will not exceed the total amount you paid for this order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as work loss and extra travel costs caused by logistics delay, unless local consumer protection laws require us to compensate additionally.

All shopping disputes shall first be solved through communication with our customer support team. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be handled according to the consumer protection laws of the receiving country.
