Return & Refund Policy

1. Valid Return Time Limit

We provide a 30-day return cycle calculated from the date the courier marks the package as delivered. All return applications must be submitted to customer service within this cycle; applications exceeding the time limit will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Qualified Return

Products can only be returned and refunded if all the following standards are met:

Products are unused, unworn, unmodified and keep brand new state;

Original packaging, labels, accessories and instruction manuals are complete and intact;

Products do not belong to non-refundable goods specified below.

3. Non-Returnable Goods Category

For hygiene safety and customized product management, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

Skin care, cosmetics, oral care and personal cleaning supplies;

Underwear, swimwear and disposable products;

Custom engraved, printed personalized goods;

Clearance goods marked "Final Sale No Return".

4. Return Freight Sharing Rules

  1. Our store’s fault (factory defective goods, wrong items, wrong size, damaged during transportation):

    We provide free return labels and bear all return logistics costs. You can choose full refund of product price or free replacement.
  2. Buyer’s voluntary return (change mind, inappropriate size or style):

    All delivery and return freight shall be borne by buyers. The initial delivery fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. We will only refund the product amount after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

5. Complete Return Process

  1. Contact customer service through website contact form or official email, provide order number and clear photos of products;
  2. Wait for official return approval and obtain the designated return warehouse address from support;
  3. Pack the goods tightly and send them back, then send the return tracking number to customer service;
  4. Warehouse inspection will take 4–7 working days after receiving the package; the confirmed refund will be returned to your original payment account within 6–10 working days.

6. Handling Damaged & Defective Goods

If you receive broken or defective goods, please send photos and videos of the product and outer package to customer service within 7 days after receiving the package. We will arrange free replacement or full refund according to the actual damage, and we may exempt you from returning damaged goods at our discretion.

7. Refund Exceptions

Delivery fees, customs duties and import taxes cannot be refunded unless the error comes from our warehouse delivery;

Packages confirmed delivered by local couriers but lost after receipt cannot get full compensation;

Goods sent back without prior return approval will be rejected by the warehouse and cannot be refunded.

8. Exchange Service Rules

If you need to exchange sizes, colors or styles, please submit the application within 30 days valid period. The freight sharing standard for exchange is consistent with the return rules above.
