Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Period

All paid orders will be packed and delivered within 2–4 working days. Weekends and local official holidays do not count as working days and will not be processed. Pre-sale products will display separate production and delivery time on each product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Time by Region

Delivery time is calculated after goods leave our warehouse (only for standard international shipping):
  • Mainland United States: 9–16 business days
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
  • All EU countries: 12–25 business days

    All delivery times are reference values. Customs inspection backlog, local courier pressure and extreme weather may cause delays, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Rules

Delivery cost will be automatically calculated on checkout page based on package weight, size and destination country. Free shipping activity only applies to orders that meet the minimum consumption amount clearly marked on the page. No extra delivery charges will be charged after payment.

4. Customs Duty Responsibility

All import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local sales tax generated when the package arrives at the destination shall be borne by buyers. We will truthfully declare product value and category in accordance with international logistics rules and cannot bear any customs fees for customers.

5. Parcel Tracking

After goods are shipped out, we will send a unique tracking number and logistics query link to your registered mailbox. You can check the transportation status at any time. If there is no logistics update for more than 8 days in a row, please contact customer service to apply for logistics investigation.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to recipient rejection, overtime pickup or invalid address, the return freight shall be borne by the buyer. If you need us to resend the goods, you need to pay all secondary delivery fees. If you apply for a refund after the goods are returned, the original delivery fee will not be returned.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver goods to PO boxes, military restricted areas, international sanctioned regions. Logistics providers may stop delivering to high-risk addresses, and we have the right to cancel such shipments.
